SG Franchise Advice is a boutique franchise consulting firm which does exclusive consulting work for franchisors and franchisees. We advice on every aspect of the franchising but we do not play the role of a franchise broker. SG in SG Franchise Advice stands for Sumeet Garg, who is an author and a post-graduate in management with over 22 years of experience in Channel development and franchising. After working with some top brands in India, Sumeet is advising franchisors and franchisees on various aspects of franchising for nearly a decade. Sumeet knows what is required to become a successful franchisor or a franchisee and strongly feels that franchising business in India is at the cusp of a revolution thus those who align themselves with this change will survive in the future.
